As parents of two girls, we understand that you want the very best for your children. With this goal in mind, St. Luke RV Park offers affordable housing to college students in a quiet, peaceful environment. Students will be able to select their own roommate and cut the already low monthly rate of $350 in half or choose to live alone.
With the costs of tuition, books, and other living expenses, students have to resort to Top Ramen for meals and parents go into debt to pay for a college education. We don't believe in burdening students and parents with high housing costs. All taxes are included in our low rates as well as utilities and yard work. For your convenience, bathing facilities and a laundry room are also available on site.
Housing is year round. St. Luke RV Park does not close down for the holidays or over the summer. Living off-campus will give students extra mental distance between where they live and where they study. Plus, there are no noisy parties, nosy RAs, or expensive meal plans.
